The challenge

Starting point

The team managed orders, inventory and dispatches across multiple Excel files shared among 4 people. Data fell out of sync, stock errors cost sales, and the monthly accounting close took 3 full days.

The solution

What we built

We built a centralized custom web system with modules for orders, real-time inventory, dispatches and reports. We implemented role-based access, automatic low-stock alerts and an executive dashboard with key metrics.
